Navyasa Silver and Gold Coin Offer – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Navyasa Silver and Gold Coin Offer (“Offer”). By participating, customers agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

Organizer: Refers to Navyasa, including its authorized corporate representatives (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Qualifying Purchase: A single invoice with a minimum net value of ₹9,999, consisting exclusively of Fresh Stock.
Fresh Stock: Full-priced merchandise only. Excludes items sold under discount, End of Season Sale (EOSS), clearance, or bundled promotional offers.

2. Eligibility & Offer Period

Eligibility: Open to individual residents of India aged 18 years or older.
Location: Valid only at the Navyasa Patna Store, Danapur.
Duration: Offer valid from 1st January, 2026 to 31st July, 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer Period at its sole discretion.

3. Silver Coin – Assured Gift

Entitlement: Each Qualifying Purchase grants one (1) 5g Silver Coin voucher.
Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed in person at the Navyasa Patna Store within 30 days of the invoice date.
Verification: Customers must present the original tax invoice, the physical voucher slip, and submit a copy of a valid ID proof (such as PAN Card or Driving Licence). Digital copies or screenshots are not valid.
Stock Availability: Immediate disbursement is intended; in case of stock depletion, the Store Manager will inform the customer about the date of availability.

4. Gold Coin – Lucky Draw

Entry: Customers making a Qualifying Purchase may submit one lucky draw coupon.
Threshold Clause: The Gold Coin Lucky Draw will be activated only when a minimum level of qualifying participation is achieved within a defined time frame.
Activation Rights: If the threshold is not met, the Organizer may cancel the draw or roll entries into a future period without prior notice or compensation.
Selection: Winners chosen via random draw. Organizer’s decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entertained.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Benefit Forfeiture: If a return or exchange reduces the net invoice value below ₹9,999, Offer benefits (Silver Coin and Lucky Draw entry) are forfeited.
Return Window: Returns or exchanges are eligible within 7 days from the date of purchase, as per the store’s standard return policy.
Gift Return: If the Silver Coin has been collected, it must be returned in original, tamper-proof packaging for any refund.
Market Value Deduction: If the coin cannot be returned, the prevailing market value of a 5g Silver Coin (as determined by the Organizer) will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

By participating, you consent to the Organizer collecting your name, contact details, and email ID. Data will be processed in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for Offer purposes and future marketing communications. navyāsa by Liva Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

Navyasa is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in connection with this Offer.
Navyasa is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, or unauthorized use once issued.
Navyasa is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to Force Majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

8. Non-Transferability

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

9. Tax Liability

Any applicable taxes, including Income Tax (TDS) on the Gold Coin prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Offer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
