- what is navyāsa’s return policy?
return policy gives you an option to return products purchased on the navyāsa website
(“navyāsa”) for any reason within the specified return period. Any navyāsa product
purchased can be returned within 7 days from date of delivery excluding sale or discounted
products. return or exchange is not applicable for any discounted products on sale.
feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is
preserved in its original condition along with the tags, bills and packaging.
you can place a request for return from the navyāsa customer order tracking portal or from the link you receive in the order confirmation communication.
PICK UP: once a return request is placed, navyāsa will arrange for a pick up and the
product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags shall be intact. The order will be
picked up within the next 24 hours. In case of a missed pick-up due to customer
unavailability or any logistical challenges, the pick-up will be re-scheduled. Post failure of 3
pick-up attempts, we will be unable to take the return.
during pick up, our delivery agent may initially examine the product and a further quality
check of the product will be conducted at our return desk. If the product returned is used,
damaged or original tags/bills are missing then, the return request will not be processed,
and no refund will be issued. navyāsa assumes no liability in this regard.
please note – during sale, the purchase of the product is final. Return is not applicable for
any sale/discounted products.
- can I exchange a product from my order?
we currently do not offer exchange service. if you want to exchange the product for reason
of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective product, you can place a return request, free
of cost and re-order the product you require.
- how long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
- after the refund has been initiated as per the navyāsa return policy, the
refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the
following timelines;
- payments made via credit cards, debit card, net banking, or
wallet, will be refunded in 7-10 working days from the time of
refund approval.
- for COD orders, you will need to provide your bank account
details to receive the refund. applicable refund for your return
will trigger once the product passes required quality checks
post the successful pickup of the product.
- the net amount paid by you, (excluding instant cash
back/discount) to purchase original product will be considered
to calculate the amount refundable.

please note, navyāsa initiates the refund after the returned
product has reached us and quality check is successful.
Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken
by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
- how do i return multiple products from a single order?
- you can select multiple products need to be returned from a single order. you can
place the return from the navyāsa customer order tracking portal, or from the link
you receive in the order confirmation communication. If you have an account with
us, go to my orders, select an order and then select the required products need to
be returned.
- does navyāsa pick up the product i want to return from my location?
- yes, we provide product pick up facility
the following exceptions and rules apply to this policy:
- all products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. saree must be packed in the original saree box).
- non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged
- During any sale – no return or exchange would be applicable on the discounted products
- If in the determination of navyāsa, a customer is misusing or in any way breaches the return policy, navyāsa reserves the right to refuse refund to such customer. For the purposes of this clause, repeated pattern of purchase and return by a customer may be considered as an abuse of policy.If in the determination of navyāsa, a customer is misusing or in any way breaches the return policy, navyāsa reserves the right to refuse refund to such customer. - should the product fail to pass the quality check/mis-use of policy is
identified in terms of incorrect product return, navyasa can reject the refund
request and no refund will be processed.
- In case you have purchased a product which has a free gift/offer associated
with it and you wish to return the main product, then you will have to return
the free product as well and if in-case the free product is not returned, the
value of the free product shall be adjusted from your refund.
- navyāsa will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In
circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake,
navyāsa would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the
product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user. In such
circumstance the refund request will not be processed.
- if a customer is found misusing a product or engaging in fraudulent activity
during the return process, we reserve the right to reject the return and deny
any refund. Misuse includes unauthorized use, intentional damage, or
alterations, while fraudulent activity involves deceptive actions to gain an unfair advantage in returns. We may collaborate with authorities for
evaluation, and confirmed cases may lead to legal action. Customers
suspected of misuse or fraud will be contacted for clarification. By making a
purchase, customers agree to adhere to this policy.
