our return policy
- what is navyāsa’s return policy?
returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased for any reason within the specified return period. any navyāsa product purchased can be returned within 7 days from date of delivery. we only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. you are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
- how does return work
you can place a request for return from the navyāsa customer order tracking portal or from the link you receive in the order confirmation communication.
PICK UP: once a return request is place, the order will be picked up within the next 24 hours. In case of a missed pick-up due to customer unavailability or any logistical challenges, the pick-up will be re-scheduled. Post failure of 3 pick-up attempts, we will be unable to take the return.
during pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. if the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you can place a return request, free of cost and re-order the product you require.
- how long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
- payments made via credit cards, debit card, net banking, or wallet, will be refunded in 7-10 working days from the time of refund approval. applicable refund for your return will trigger once the product passes required quality checks post the successful pickup of the product.
- the net amount paid by you, (excluding instant cash back/discount) to purchase original item will be considered to calculate the amount refundable.
- how do i return multiple products from a single order?
- you can select multiple items need to be returned from a single order. go to my orders, select an order and then select the required items need to be returned. alternatively, you can place the return from the navyāsa customer order tracking portal
- does navyāsa pick up the product i want to return from my location?
- yes, we provide product pick up facility
the following exceptions and rules apply to this policy:
- all items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. saree must be packed in the original saree box).
- non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged
- navyāsa shall reserve the right to restrict returns of the items purchased on navyāsa website if the customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy, as determined in navyāsa sole discretion. in case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
- navyāsa will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. in circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, navyāsa would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user
